What is Action Ninja
At Action Ninja, our training is built around three exciting categories that challenge athletes in different ways. From learning flips and tumbles, to mastering smooth urban ninja movement, to conquering obstacle courses and warp walls—your child will discover what it truly means to be a Ninja.

Flipping
Take movement to new heights! Flipping is where ninjas learn the fundamentals of gymnastics-style motion—rolling, jumping, tumbling, and flipping safely on and off equipment. These skills build body control, strength, and confidence while creating an exciting foundation for advanced ninja movement.

Flow
Flow is all about connection. Athletes learn to move like an urban ninja—linking skills together in smooth, creative sequences. From vaults and wall runs to unique transitions, ninjas discover how to turn obstacles into opportunities, mastering both efficiency and style in their movement.

Warrior
Step into the ultimate ninja challenge! Warrior training brings the thrill of obstacle courses to life—racing across rigs, climbing, swinging, and conquering the warped wall. Ninjas build grit, agility, and problem-solving skills as they push to overcome new challenges and discover what they’re capable of.

The Power of Positive Affirmations for Children and Athletes
Here at Action Ninja we believe words matter—especially the words we say to ourselves. For children and athletes, positive affirmations can be a powerful tool to build confidence, focus, and resilience.
When kids and athletes practice saying encouraging statements like “I am brave,” “I am strong,” or “I belong” they’re training their minds just like they train their bodies. These simple phrases help rewire self-talk, replacing doubt or frustration with motivation and belief.
The benefits go beyond sports or classes. Affirmations teach children to approach challenges with a growth mindset, to bounce back after setbacks, and to celebrate effort as much as achievement. For young athletes, this can mean stepping into the gym, course, or compitition with courage, even when the skills feel tough.
Most importantly, affirmations create habits of self-kindness. They remind kids that progress takes time, mistakes are part of learning, and confidence grows from within.
A few words said daily can change the way a child sees themselves—not just as an athlete, but as a person ready to take on the world.
We are Be the G (Be the Good you want to see in this world) and we believe intergrading words of affirmation into your child's ninja experience will help grow them as incredible athletes and amazing humans.
